Community Participation
Our community participation/access support enables people to actively participate in everyday tasks or enjoy activities that may be difficult to access.
We are able to work with participants to teach skills that encourage independence such as, meal planning, grocery shopping, banking, attending appointments, playing sport, catching public transport and much more.
Community participation is all about creating goals and achieving them, anything a participant would like to learn our support workers will help make it happen. Our one on one support provides a care team who are committed to their participants goals. Anything from getting around the city to planning a holiday we are there every step of the way and any time of day that support is required.
